The Ultimate Gift Guide for Home Cooks

The Ultimate Gift Guide for Home Cooks

It's the first week of December which means it's officially holiday season! I was raised in a Greek Orthodox family and my wife, Nicole, is Jewish. We agreed on raising the boys with both of our cultures which means we celebrate Hanukkah and Christmas. Double the holidays means double the cheer!  With only a couple weeks left to finish up holiday shopping, I want to share some amazing gifts you could get for loved ones who are passionate about cooking.

8 Inch Knife by Chef Cat Cora

Every home cook needs a great knife. This 8 Inch Knife (that I personally designed)  is sure to meet that need! You want your loved one to chop with ease and this knife will enable them to do that. It has a very comfortable grip, an ergonomic handle and a sharp blade, perfect for any and every cook.
KitchenAid Standing Mixer

If you're shopping for someone who loves to bake, check out the KitchenAid Tilt Head Stand Mixer. Not only is it one of the most beautiful kitchen tools on the market, but it'll also make your baking experience a lot smoother. You won't have to mix batter or knead dough by hand when you have this beauty. It's function and aesthetic make this a perfect gift for the holidays.

Le Creuset Dutch Oven

If your loved one prefers savory over sweets, then the Le Creuset Dutch Oven is the perfect gift for them. Since it can be used on the stove and in the oven, there are tons of delicious recipes you can make in this. While there are more affordable dutch ovens on the market, Le Creuset without a doubt makes the most durable, long-lasting ones.

Gold Serving Bowl

Some other gift options for home chefs include serve-ware, especially if they love to host. The Gold Serving Bowl pictured above only costs $9.99. Chic dishes like this one will allow your loved one to serve their tasty recipes in style!

Creme Caviar by Cat Cora

One of the best things to give a cook is something delicious that they can eat! Gift your loved one a special treat from my new caviar line: Crème Caviar by Cat Cora. It's a delightful white sturgeon caviar that packs a delightful umami flavor. A delicacy for the holidays is a gift they'll never forget!

Chefs for Humanity Chefs for Humanity Cat Cora & Kids

For the gift that keeps on giving, you can make a donation to Chefs for Humanity in someone's name. I started Chefs for Humanity to combat hunger, feed people after natural disasters and provide nutritional education to those who don't have access to it. Tis the season to give back!
