"I feel so blessed in my career," Cat says, "That I have both an obligation and a desire to give back... Chefs are nurturers. We care about people." Cat says she practices yoga to find a "peaceful place where I go to center myself." Cat says in the March issue of Glamour, "I keep snacks like raw almonds, fruit and whole-grain cereals handy to curb my appetite and stay energized.
