C2 Restaurant Group, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) have created this Privacy Policy for Catcora.com (the “Website”) in order to clearly communicate our commitment to your privacy and to describe our information collection practices and the services available on our Website (“Services”).

You should periodically monitor our Privacy Policy for any changes as we reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time without notifying you.  Using the Website demonstrates your consent to our collection, storage, use, sale and disclosure of information pursuant to this Privacy Policy, and continued use of the Website following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy will signify your acceptance of such changes.

This Privacy Policy governs the use of your name, e-mail address and similar personal information that you may provide us in the course of using the Website.

Addition Information About Third Parties.
We may establish business relationships with third parties to perform certain services on our behalf.  For example, we might contract with service providers to provide credit card processing, data management, promotional services, web hosting, web development, etc.  In such cases, we would provide the service providers with the information needed for them to perform their respective services.   Service providers may use third party cookies.  We currently use a third party, Cooking.com, Inc. to manage order fulfillment for consumers on shop.catcora.com. With respect to data gathering, we may also establish a business relationship with third parties to track and analyze non-personally identifiable usage information from users who visit the Website or utilize the Services and these third parties may also use third part cookies.  Users may go to www.networkadvertising.org/managing to opt-out of most third party trafficking.  With respect to advertisements, advertisers and other third parties like ad serving companies may set third party cookies (or other technologies such as pixel tags) to compile information about where you or others who are using your computer saw their advertisements and analyze and optimize the performance of the
E-mail Announcements and Newsletters.

We will use reasonable efforts to process all unsubscribe requests promptly upon receipt, and if you have advised us by email that you do not wish for us to share any personal information about you with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes, we will comply with your request and remove your personal information within 10 days after the date that your written email request has been received.  Additional delays may occur if the email address you provide us does not match the information in our database.

Although we carefully select our third party service providers, advertisers and other affiliates, we are sensitive to the privacy and security of your personal information, and intend to safeguard such information.  However we and our third party service providers, advertisers and other affiliates cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access to your personal information. Phishing.

Phishing is a scam designed to steal your personal information.  We would never ask you for any credit card or bank information via email, so if you receive an email that looks like it is from us asking for your credit card or bank information, do not respond.
